The Tennessee Association of Physical Plant Administrators (TNAPPA) is a professional organization dedicated to supporting educational facilities professionals across Tennessee. Our members represent K-12 school systems, colleges and universities, and government and public institutions, working together to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and develop practicle solutions to the unique challenges of managing educational facilities.
TNAPPA provides opportunities for networking, professional development, collaboration, and the sharing of best practices. Members also benefit from access to benchmarking resources, industry expertise, and a statewide network of professionals committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and sustainable learning environments.


Our membership includes facilities leaders, managers, supervisors, technical staff, and business partners whose products and services support the educational facilities community. Together, these relationships strengthen our ability to learn from one another and improve the facilities that serve students, faculty, staff, and communities across Tennessee.
TNAPPA prodly serves as Tennessee’s official chapter of the Southeastern Regional Association of Physical Plant Administrators (SRAPPA) and the international APPA organization, connecting our members with regional and global resources, educational opportunities, and a broader professional network.
